Shipping Policy
The product will be shipped within 1-3 buisness days for non-customised products and 1-5 business days for the customised products after the order is placed.
Refund Policy
- Easy 5 day return if the product is damaged or torn.
- This is mandatory to make a video of the parcel opening to ensure that the damage was caused from our side to initiate your refund otherwise refund request will not be accepted.
- Customized products will not be refunded because it'll not be of our used after it has your pictures on it.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Customised products will not be cancelled.
- Non-customised products can be cancelled before shipping.
